The Defense Acquisition University (DAU) is a DoD educational platform offering free acquisition, technology, and logistics training to military & Federal civilian staff and Federal contractors. DAU started a ‘Cyber Solutions’ webinar series specifically to cover cybersecurity topics for small business contractors/subcontractors working with DoD &/or other Federal agencies. They are readying their 2025 schedule and plan to hold multiple webinars monthly that will include trainings on FAR 52-204-21 (a requirement in every Federal contract) as well as briefings on the DoD’s CMMC program (which includes an assessment of NIST SP 800-171 for contractors that handle or generate Controlled Unclassified Information for the government). ***Scheduled sessions as well as recordings of past Cyber Solutions webinars can be found at www.DAU.edu/events (search for “Cyber Solutions”).
